Greetings Dear Ones,

In today's reflection, we explore Lesson 43 from A Course in Miracles.

This lesson invites us to step beyond the illusion of separateness and recognize that God is our Source. In Him, we find everything we need—love, peace, and an eternal sense of belonging. The mind often tells us we are lacking, that we must strive, search, and struggle to find fulfillment. But Lesson 43 offers a radical shift in perspective: Everything we truly need is already within us, because we remain as God created us—one with Him, forever sustained by His love.

Let’s take this journey together and open our hearts to the deep truth that God is our Source and we cannot see apart from Him.

Understanding the Core Teaching

Lesson 43 reminds us that true vision comes from aligning with God’s purpose, not from our personal desires or judgments. Vision is not about physical sight but about seeing with the light of understanding. The world we see through the body’s eyes is filtered through the ego’s lens of separation, fear, and limitation. However, when we remember that God is our Source, we recognize that our real sight is spiritual.

We do not manufacture true vision; it is already given. We need only remove the barriers of judgment, fear, and self-reliance to let it shine through. As we let go of the belief that we are separate from God, we awaken to the reality that we were never alone.

Applying This Lesson to Everyday Life

1. When You Feel Lost or Without Direction

There are moments in life when we feel unsure of our path. Whether it’s a major life decision or simply the uncertainty of the future, the ego thrives on doubt. It tells us we must figure everything out on our own, that we must struggle to find clarity.

Lesson 43 gently reminds us: Clarity does not come from the ego; it comes from God. When we recognize God as our Source, we no longer need to rely on our limited perspective. Instead, we open ourselves to divine guidance, trusting that the way will be shown.

In moments of confusion, pause and affirm:

“God is my Source. I cannot see apart from Him.”

This simple truth realigns us with our higher vision, where answers arise naturally, free from fear.

2. When Judgment Clouds Your Sight

It’s easy to fall into judgment—of ourselves, others, and the world. We may judge based on past experiences, expectations, or assumptions. But these judgments are not real vision; they are distortions based on the ego’s need to separate.

This lesson calls us to see with God’s vision, which looks past form and sees only love. It asks us to recognize that our judgments are meaningless because they come from a mind that believes it is separate from truth.

The next time you catch yourself judging a person or situation, take a breath and remind yourself:

“God is my Source. I cannot see apart from Him.”

Then ask, “Holy Spirit, show me what is truly here.”

By shifting our perception, we open to a world of peace, love, and unity, rather than conflict and division.

3. When Fear and Lack Take Hold

The world teaches us to believe in scarcity—of love, time, resources, and even worthiness. Fear tells us that we must struggle to survive, that we are lacking in some way. But if God is our Source, then lack cannot be real.

True abundance is not about material wealth or external security—it is the recognition that we already have everything we need because we are sustained by God. When we forget this, we see only limitation. When we remember, we see infinite possibility.

In moments of fear, practice saying:

“I do not lack anything. God is my Source. I cannot see apart from Him.”

Even if the fear does not immediately disappear, this shift in focus opens the door to a new perception, one where love replaces fear and peace takes the place of anxiety.

Final Reflection

Lesson 43 teaches us that our sight is not our own; it is given by God. When we see through the ego’s eyes, we see a world of separation, judgment, and lack. But when we remember that God is our Source, our perception shifts—we see love where we once saw conflict, peace where we once saw fear, and unity where we once saw division.

Today, whenever you feel lost, fearful, or uncertain, pause and affirm:

“God is my Source. I cannot see apart from Him.”

And in that moment of stillness, allow true vision to be restored.
